Stir well and bring to a rolling boil.2. Add seafood. If seafood is not covered, add enough water to cover. Return to a rolling boil. Boil seafood as indicated below: Crawfish- 4 minutes Shrimp- Turn off heat once water returns to a boil. Crab- 5 minutes3.
